No obstant aix\u00f2, despr\u00e9s de l'aprovaci\u00f3 de el Reial Decret 902\/2020<strong> es va convertir en obligatori per a totes les empreses,<\/strong> estiguin o no obligades a tenir un Pla d'Igualtat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Per a qu\u00e8 empreses \u00e9s obligatori el registre salarial?<\/h3>\n<p>Des d'avui 14 d'abril de 2021, per<strong> totes les empreses a l'marge de la seva grand\u00e0ria,<\/strong> concretament, les que tinguin a l'almenys una persona assalariada. L'obligaci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 s'aplica a les administracions p\u00fabliques, encara que amb peculiaritats espec\u00edfiques.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Qu\u00e8 treballadors cal incloure en el registre retributiu?<\/h3>\n<p>Tots els membres de l'empresa, tamb\u00e9 el personal directiu i alts c\u00e0rrecs.
