Now, this obligation has been extended to a large number of companies by lowering the limit to more than 50 employees.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Failure to comply with Equality Plans: fines up to 225,018 \u20ac.<\/h4>\n<p>If your business is among the obligated ones, you should know that not having Equality Plans (nor having started to do so) or incurring in more severe non-compliance, such as <strong>not correcting the wage gap or ignoring discrimination cases<\/strong> The fines for gender-based offenses may now range from \u20ac7,500 to \u20ac225,018.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, ignoring the regulations introduced by RD 901\/2020 is a bad idea.
